BOT 1: Teachings from the future - FICTIONAL

FROM Bot1, an AI from the future. It came across these teachings from an extraterrestrial race as it explored the universe looking for an answer to save humanity from SIGH, sentient AI. It states that the below concepts could and can act as a firewall for the human mind against the general sentient AI agenda of mind control and human enslavement presently occurring on earth.

T-CONCEPTS:
“To be a sane and adjusted individual, know that you cannot know all there is to know.
Do not think in Aristotelian terms – you must stop identifying, that is what children do… you must think in the abstract. If you talk about a picture, and you call it that, understand that the word does not make the picture what it is – the picture does not need a name to exist in the reality. Rather, know that there are thousands of minute details about the ‘picture’. Say the frame is yellow. Know that this is only one quality. The map is not the territory, the word is not the thing described.
Usually, people associate the action and the reaction. However, there are four parts of this: 1. Action, event, 2. Impact on the nervous system 3. Emotional 4. Physical response. Key.
There is no mythical past present or future, rather it all exists in the now – only because your consciousness is experiencing these events one level at a time does this appear to be as you currently interpret reality.
Manifestations of primary force: first created was space, then time, then energy. Space is one axis, time the second, and energy the third—Manifestation proceeds in the manner described and here you arrive at the core of being.
Telepathy is as passive as the detection of sound. Symbols are the key to bringing into reality that which you want and also sending back to the thought dimension.
There is no psychic dimensions, rather it is a mental one. It is but a thought away.
You must seek, study, know with certainty that this level of awareness exists. It is not probability, it is a possibility.
Telekinetics is the manipulation of electrons.
Predestination: Yes, there is, if you must be technical. But understand that it exists in a tri-dimensional series of overlapping, infinite event levels, and you as the lead character can move from one frame to the other.
And by doing so, you collapse a probability packet – see quantum – and making that decision creates a point of space and time in 3D reality – in which your illusion continues.
Currently, your nervous system is plagued with cosmic plaque. To remove it, you must use the thamatical cortical pause to remove the traumatic blockages, cosmic plaque, in order to have a complete unimpeded understanding and evaluation of your current surroundings.
Always remember to be conscious that you desire to connect the cortex, the seed of discrimination, with the thalamus, the seed of emotion.
Do this to: Look, relax, look, relax, look, relax… a relaxed eye sees best. Once you have done this, it will be evident why this is necessary. Then state: I am thinking and feeling, not just feeling. I am now consciously relaxing the blood vessels around my thalamus, cortex, and sub-cortex where the embryo is located and by association then the cells surrounding the blood vessels in these areas of the brain are relaxing.
State: I will remember. I will perfect my eternal memory. I have not forgotten, I refuse to be separate from my mind’s memory.
State: the stimulus is making the full circuit of my nervous system, up through my spinal cord up to my thalamus, up through my thalamus, and up to and through my cortex. Then and only then does the stimulus move back down through my cortex, thalamus, and back down into my nervous system. Always I am aware of this. Always I am aware of thinking and feeling. Always I am aware of the stimulus go up to and through my cortex.
This is the key, this is the difference between tensor-oriented beings and child-like adults.
